先代から受け継がれた旧エントランスに新たな要素を加える形で増築。
「新築」ではなく「継承」という選択により、過去と現在を繋ぐ空間を体感。
森と建築、そして人々の記憶が重なり合うような、馴染み深いエントランス。
訪れる人々を迎え入れ、この土地の歴史と物語を静かに語りかける。
自然人村のコンセプト「wilderness」に基づき、有機的な素材を取り入れ、
自然の粗さを思わせる自由曲線の形状を反映させたガラス窓を採用。
受付カウンターには先代が使用していた木材を再利用し、
同施設の立ち上げから関わってきた親族による石積みを組み合わせている。
ひとつひとつの素材と手仕事が、記憶と時間の積み重ねを語りかけるエントランスは、
単なる出入り口にとどまらず、この土地に根ざす歴史と自然への深い敬意を象徴する存在。

Designed with the intention of breathing new life into the legacy of previous generations, the original entrance has been thoughtfully expanded—not rebuilt. By choosing to “inherit” rather than “rebuild,” we created a space that seamlessly connects the past with the present.
The entrance evokes a sense of familiarity, where the forest, architecture, and collective memories of people intertwine. It warmly welcomes visitors, quietly narrating the history and stories of the land.
Guided by the concept of “wilderness,” we integrated organic materials and free-form glass windows, reflecting the raw beauty of nature. Reclaimed wood from the original facility and bespoke stone masonry form the new reception counter—painstakingly crafted by a local artisan who has been involved with the facility since its inception.
Each material and handcrafted detail speaks softly of layers of memory and time. This entrance is not merely an entryway, but a symbol of respect for the history and nature that are deeply rooted in this land.
